Art Space is located inside a small and lovely 46-year-old house situated in a Tainan lane. At the time it was built, it was popular in Tainan to have a house with a little mezzanine. The house has a mazelike small staircase that is very lovely and interesting. The best pieces of the owner’s art collection are displayed throughout the homestay, making the homestay resemble an art gallery and allowing it to live up to its name. The youthful years of the owner are on display. The homestay is near the railway station and many popular scenic spots. We welcome guests to explore and experience them.

Any activity that may disturb other residents of the lane is strictly prohibited after 10 p.m. We hope all of you will be good travelers and create a good environment together.

 

If a complaint is registered (the police come and cite the Noise Control Act), please take responsibility and compensate any damage.

 

Listing

There are only staircases and no elevators in the two-story building. First floor rooms are barrier-free. The elderly and people with limited mobility can stay on the first floor. Every guestroom is a suite with a standalone bathroom. Six guests can rent out the entire building. The homestay does not offer free parking, and cars need to be parked in nearby paid parking lots.

 

Guest access

Guests may place large pieces of luggage in the lobby and use the laundry room on the back balcony of the top floor. The aquarium audiovisual space can be opened when four or more guests rent out the entire building. The top floor storage lounge is not open to guests.
